If You enable Google Calendar sync, You will sign in with Your Google account; Google account data is processed by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Retention of Your Personal Data

Data on Your Device: Your places, presence records, and app settings are stored only on Your Device. We do not retain them on our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the Application's data or uninstalling the Application.

Data processed by Service Providers: Retention of data that Google or Firebase process (e.g. when You use Calendar sync or when the app fetches Remote Config) is governed by their respective policies and, where applicable, our instructions. We do not operate servers that store Your usage logs or account data.

Where We hold any Personal Data (for example if You contact Us by email), We will retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. We may retain data longer where required by law (e.g. for legal claims or regulatory requirements). You may ask Us about retention by contacting Us.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed at the Company's operating offices and wherever the parties involved in processing are located, including outside Your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ.

When You use Google Calendar sync or Firebase (e.g. Remote Config), data may be transferred to and processed by Google or Firebase, including in the United States or other countries. Where required by law, We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers. Google and Firebase provide information about their data processing and safeguards in their respective privacy policies.

The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request assistance in deleting Personal Data that We hold about You.

Data on Your Device: You can delete all Application data (places, presence, settings) by clearing the Application's data in Your Device settings or by uninstalling the Application. The Application does not use a Company account that You sign in to; there is no separate account settings section for "our" service.

Google account / Calendar sync: If You have linked a Google account for Calendar sync, You can revoke the Application's access in Your Google account permissions and disable Calendar sync in the Application settings. Data already in Your Google Calendar is subject to Google's policies and deletion options.

Data We hold: We do not operate servers that store Your places or presence data. If You have contacted Us (e.g. by email) and want to request access, correction, or deletion of what We hold, contact Us at the email below. We may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data
